TradeJournaly Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and TradeJournaly (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access to and use of our trading terminal, journal website, progressive web applications, and services located at https://tradejournaly.com.
Mandatory Financial & Risk Disclaimer (No Investment Advice)
1. NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR OR BROKER: TradeJournaly is purely an analytical trade journaling and behavioral telemetry software platform. TradeJournaly is not an investment advisor, registered broker-dealer, financial planner, commodity trading advisor, or financial intermediary.
2. NO TRADING SIGNALS OR EXECUTION: Nothing on TradeJournaly—including metric calculators, expectancy formulas, behavioral alerts, or educational guides—constitutes investment, financial, trading, legal, or tax advice. We do not provide buy, sell, or hold recommendations or automated order execution.
3. HIGH RISK OF FINANCIAL LOSS: Trading foreign exchange (Forex), equities, futures, options, contracts for difference (CFDs), and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You are solely responsible for all live trading decisions and risk allocations.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using TradeJournaly, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access or use the platform.
2.Eligibility & Account Security
To use TradeJournaly, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (password, session tokens, or Google account access).
- You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you detect unauthorized access to your account.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You agree that you will never attempt to connect or share actual broker passwords or direct brokerage API keys.
3.Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use TradeJournaly exclusively for lawful personal trading analysis and journaling. You strictly agree NOT to:
Never reverse engineer, decompile, probe, or attempt to bypass authentication or database security controls.
Never deploy automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to flood or abuse the AI vision extraction engine.
Never upload malicious files, malware, spyware, offensive material, or non-trading content to screenshot storage.
Never resell, sublicense, rent, or lease platform access or software code to third parties.
4.Intellectual Property Rights
Platform IP: All rights, titles, and interests in and to TradeJournaly (including software code, visual designs, trademarks, logos, telemetry algorithms, and educational articles) are and remain the exclusive property of TradeJournaly.
Your Content & Ownership: You retain 100% full intellectual property and ownership rights to all trading records, notes, and screenshots that you upload. You grant TradeJournaly a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, parse, and display your data back to you within your secure account.
5.Disclaimer of Warranties (“AS IS”)
TradeJournaly IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF OCR PARSING. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM TRANSMISSION LATENCY.
6.Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRADEJOURNALY, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TRADING LOSSES, CAPITAL DRAWDOWN, LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
7.Termination & Account Closure
You may terminate your account at any time via Account Settings or by emailing [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy, engage in fraudulent activity, or compromise platform infrastructure.
8.Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of TradeJournaly after changes become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
